The Thames is England’s longest, and greatest river with its source deep in the hills of Gloucestershire and heading through many historic towns on its way to the Capital and then beyond to the sea.

For the past 8 years – our annual ‘Thames Path Challenge’ has seen up to 6,000 adventurers take on sections of the London to Henley path – and as we’ve gone ‘Virtual’ for 2020 there’s even more choice!

This is our annual ‘Thames Path Challenge’ 100km route – and over 15,000 have completed it over the past 8 years, with times as low as 8 hours for fast runners, many walkers achieving sub 24 hrs, and 34 hours or so for those taking it easy!
