04/05/26 - Last chance to get your friends to register for the Fun Run and Super Hero Races! Please tell your friends & family to book in. Registration - your number pick up will be on Friday 15th, Saturday 16th May from 10am - 6pm. We are delighted Joanne Lester will be volunteering and you can pick up your numbers then and say hi to her from 10am - 12pm on Friday 15th May at Room 5 ( the new GXCA shop ) access via the right hand side of the building.

Fun Run Together - GX 2026

Get ready to run, walk, or dance your way through Gerrards Cross on Sunday 17th May 2026 for Fun Run Together 2026 - a 5km event celebrating health, happiness, and community spirit!

Entry fee person is now £25 + booking fee. (£1.25) 

Children under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a gentle stroll, this is your chance to do something wonderful for your community. Every step helps raise vital funds for three incredible local charities:

• Scannappeal - raising money to provide state-of-the-art medical equipment for hospitals across Buckinghamshire, helping save lives every single day
• Cameron’s Companions - a suicide-prevention charity for men in England and Wales, providing free, fast counselling or therapy for those experiencing suicidal thoughts
• GXCA (Gerrards Cross Community Association) - the heart of local life, offering activities, support groups, and community events that bring people of all ages together

When you register, you’ll also have the option to donate a little extra. Even £5 or £10 more can make a huge difference - helping these charities continue their life-changing work right here in our community.

So grab your trainers, invite your friends, and join us for a day filled with energy, laughter, and generosity. After the 5km, head to the grounds of GXCA to enjoy an afternoon of food, drink, live entertainment, and fun community activities hosted by our generous Gold Sponsors, along with the Under-8s races sponsored and run by St Mary’s School, Gerrards Cross.
