    Ups  n Downs

Welcome to Riding for UpsnDowns 2021.

Please join the UpsnDowns cycling team in July 2021 and support us in taking on another monumental challenge to ride a combined 21,321 miles over 10 days.

Not only will you be supporting UpsnDowns, but you will be helping us raise awareness about World Down’s Syndrome Day that takes place every year on the 21st March. Hence our target this year of 21,321 (21-03-21).

From the 9th until 18th July, riders of all ages and abilities will be cycling as many miles as they can over 10 days.
Whether you are out on the roads, on the MTB trails or at home on your rollers or turbo, we hope that you will join us over these 10 days and help us achieve this goal.

Of course, we are disappointed that we can’t gather for a large cycling sportif as we have done in previous years. But we are confident that this event will be as amazing as 2020, when more than 200 cyclists rode over 24,000 miles, raising over £11,500, making it the most successful UpsnDowns charity cycling sportif ever.

We have set up this event to enable full support of the government's current guidance re Coronavirus. We would encourage everyone to ensure that they follow any government guidance in relation to recreational activities including cycling.

100% of all monies raised, including the registration fee will go to the charity.

Please use www.justgiving.com/upsndowns for all your fundraising.

In a year when many of our key fundraising events have been postponed or cancelled, we are so thrilled that this event will go ahead.
