UKRunChat Jurassic Coast Running Weekend

Welcome to the UKRunchat Jurassic weekender - A weekend of trail running on the Isle of Purbeck with the UKRC community.

When - February 24th, 25th and 26th 2017
Where - Harrow House International College, Swanage, Dorset
How much - £185 per person The weekend kicks off with arrival on the Friday night (or Saturday morning if you'd prefer) and will be packed full of activity until Sunday afternoon.

What is included?
- Two nights accommodation (on a shared basis)
- Friday night dinner (optional), Breakfast, lunch and buffet on Saturday, Sunday breakfast and Sunday lunch!
- Wonderful group runs for all abilities including a Saturday group coached run and a Sunday coastal trail run (different paces, different distances available)
- Coaching and workshops with Martin and Liz Yelling
- Yoga and stretch session in the Yoga dome!
- Swimming pool available for use

All of our runs will be suitable for everyone, cater for all abilities, as hard or as easy as you want them to be. We’ll focus on looking after each other and having fun.

The whole weekend will be relaxed, informal and about having fun and doing some great running. The camp closes on Sunday afternoon.

We’re expecting limited places to go fast so if you want to come and have a great weekend of running and laughing with like-minded, friendly people then book soon!

Harrow House is an International College and so accommodation is basic but clean and tidy. Rooms will mostly be twin rooms and will be allocated on booking. Please specify any sharing requests on booking. Please advise on booking if you are coming as a group and we'll do our best (but it might not always be possible!) to put you in the same room/s or close together. If you're coming on your own, that's just fine too.
